If there is an issue with your contact lens order, such as the wrong product or a manufacturer defect, please contact us right away and we will get your order corrected as quickly as possible. We will replace the contact lenses or apply the credit towards your next order.
When you contact us to let us know about a return, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label so that your return can be tracked and credited accordingly. Please do not return your contact lens order without contacting us first and getting your RMA number.
All returned contact lenses must be sealed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, except for the package that contains the manufacturer’s defected product (if applicable).
To avoid being charged for the contact lenses, please ship the old lenses back to us within 30 days of getting your RMA.
