GET TO KNOW DR. GIBSON
Dr. Gibson is a Houston native who earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University. While there, she enjoyed completing community service projects in the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity and was also an officer in the Pre-Optometry Professional Society.
She attended The New England College of Optometry where she was a member of the American Optometric Student Association and an outstanding member of the National Optometric Student Association, providing vision screenings to the Boston community. She graduated with her doctorate in 2011.
Dr. Gibson provides comprehensive medical eye care with a focus on diagnosing and managing conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eye disease. She is experienced in caring for patients with complex ocular diseases and is committed to delivering thorough, personalized, and evidence-based care. She also works closely with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination for patients requiring ongoing treatment or surgical co-management.
Known for her attentive and patient-focused approach, Dr. Gibson values building lasting relationships while helping patients maintain long-term eye health.
Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, and watching game shows. She loves relaxing on her patio with her husband and baby and also cuddling inside with her cats.
