While waiting to be seen I was able to peruse the samples of frames. Jacob was ready to help with picking out the best frames for me. I must say that the individual treatment with him was very pleasant. Better than the big box stores. He explained the different package plans to purchase and we finalized the deal. Kudos to Jacob and Trin for all the help in this process. This was the Newberg office.
